First and foremost, fantastic staff. The staff have been very helpful and accommodating on both of my visits here, which is probably why I chose to come back the second time. The rooms I have stayed in are great. They are clean, comfortable, quiet, and have had everything that I've needed. The location is central enough to access shops, cafes, and restaurants. Overall, it's been awesome, and I'll be booking again in the future! Cheers guys.

well where do I start. We had to ask for milk as we werent given any at check in. The condiments hadnt been topped up. The microwave had food splattered in it. The fridge was filthy inside and out. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty and the chromeware was dirty. We asked for blankets as was freezing. The duvets were almost pee stained and one duvet had blood stains on it. In the morning, time for a shower, but guess what? NO HOT WATER!!!!! i reported this to reception, by then bloody angry. the guy from the office was of no help. he said he would speak to his Manager. Apparently there was a electrical fault which resulted in no hot water. we have asked for a FULL REFUND but was given $82 instead of $186, this is because of booking fees and other fees involved. Ill never return. The Regal Residency Auckland is the worst paid accommodation i have ever stayed at.

Clean & spacious rooms with modern kitchen/lounge facilities and very nice beds with great linen. Highly recommended.

Property is generally basic and tired. On a busy road, but off street parking a bonus. I chose it as it was convenient for a weekend visit to our nearby daughters.

Bedroom heater didn't work,bathroom door broken,no spare blanket or pillows.Police at unit next door twice,insufficent tea and milk.Stayed 2x nites unit not serviced.Should have read previous reviews as they were correct. Would not stay again.

Booked for three , wasn’t set up for 3 guests , advertising is misleading with what you get examples, mini bar ,outside area messy, pictures are false, dirty stained robes, broken toilet roll holder & brush, cleanliness sub standard , fire extinguishers haven’t been serviced for a year, overall not happy with stay.

When we arrived the towels in the bathroom half were hangin up and looked like they were already used I went to have a shower and both soap dispensers were empty the soap dispenser by the sink had a centimetre of soap 2 sugar sachets 1 tea bag sachet 1 coffee sachet and no milk of any kind whether powder or capsule. Really slack for what we paid If you look out the back window it looked like shanty town just total mess

Hi Tracey,We are really sorry for the inconvenience you faced. We have no intention to harass our guests and do silly things. The towels were absolutely fresh and the milk was always in the fridge. Our MAnager is 24 x 7 available on the site and if there was any issue during your stay we were never informed. I enquired and found you got irritated when the staff asked for your photo ID which is mandatory for us as per rules and regulations. We still look forward to seeing you again and making sure you have lovely memories with us. Thank You.
