Loved the property. Extremely spacious and clean with a huge bathroom. Perfect for a getaway outside of Auckland

Booked a room for four people but only towels for two supplied and insufficient English tea bags and coffee. Asked reception for more towels which did come very quickly. Paid for the breakfast buffet but cancelled it as there was very little choice and most items were almost empty - very disappointed.

Great location, housekeeping lacking
Publié le 15 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWe arrived for our stay and decided to go out for a nice meal before heading back later into the evening, on first impression the room was tidy and had been cleaned, however it soon became clear that the bathroom had not been cleaned as there were soiled towels on the drying rack and an used flannel in the shower. It was too late at night to go to reception and request to change rooms for a one night stay, informed the front desk whilst checking out and it seems like this sort of thing has happened before.

The villas are defintely not your typical hotel size room! Very nice and large and spacious!
The staff were lovely and checknin and out done effected
