Disappointing for price

I am sorry what happened.
We found out hot water fuse has broken. Anytime contact to the office we do our best.

Pros: Well laid out, very clean & tidy. Relatively quiet for it's location, Good parking & access to the rooms The linen, including the towels was lovely
Cons: there were very few power points. The Microwave should be put on the wall to allow more bench space. It would have been nice to have a shower gel
Location: We went to a lovely restaurant close by- lots of takeaways and bakeries nearby. Had breakfast at a lovely café nearby. Auckland gardens nearby
Foe a motel on a very busy road it was not too noisy - the rooms were large and reasonably comfortable. There was limited bench space in the kitchen so it would have been difficult to wash up if you cooked a meal.
TV was excellent & Commonwealth games were on making viewing time very pleasant

Cons: Air conditioning would have been nice, the rooms were very hot.
Rooms and beds were comfortable. I really only used it as a sleep over while I was doing an install at Wiri, so not much else to say. The staff were friendly, and honest. They rang me up about a credit card that they had found in one of the rooms after I left, but it wasn't mine.

Great motel, close to motorway link.
Posted Feb. 21, 2018 on ExpediaEasy check-in/out process. Re-booked for a week later and that was easily arranged by staff. I like the fact there are laundry facilities on the property. The room was ideal. Compact yet cosy and had all the necessities. Keep up the great work guys.

Over priced

Pros: Convenient to takanini
Cons: Update everything
Needs updating desperately. Wall paper peeling Decore very very old. walls are very very thin noise travels, taps screech when turned on, I’m sure they would’ve woken then neighbours. Staff/owner very friendly and helpful. I thought $150 was over priced when compared to the ibis Auckland airport for $100. Difference being this had a very outdated kitchenette compared to bright modern no kitchen ibis. We stayed here for convenience only

Basic facilities with tired decor

Pros: Only family room available at ave. Rate last minute in Sth Auckland. After initial inquiry online the rate had increased when I went to book by $30

Location: It was a handy lfor our needs
We had a family room for five adults and a baby. They did not have a portacot as requested at time of booking. The room was old and dated but tidy, IN Need of a revamp. The main bedroom window wouldn’t close properly so there was a lot of road noise being so close to great south rd. The sofa looked like it needed a good clean.
