Grosse déception !
Publié le 15 avr. 2019 sur HotelsSéjour de deux jours très contrasté : côté positif:le style colonial de l’établissement ,le confort du lit,la qualité de la nourriture .Coté négatif : pas de parking gratuit,l’alarme de la caserne des pompiers en pleine nuit ,un service peu attentif,voire désinvolte et...une grave faute de l’hotel qui a prélevé sur ma carte de crédit et sans préavis,la totalité du prix de notre séjour et de celui de nos amis soit plus de 1100€ , dix sept jours avant notre arrivée,une procédure en totale contradiction avec l’engagemwent pris auprès d’Hotel.com de ne rien réclamer avant l’arrivée des clients! A regret ,nous déconseillons cette adresse tant que la Direction n’embauchera pas du personnel compétent.

Couldn't have asked for a better location. So many great eateries within a short distance, so it didnt matter that the Oyster Inn Restaurant itself was shut on Tuesday. Really liked the room. Spacios and bright with a small balcony and the bathroom was huge. Had a noise free night on a comfortable bed and slept well. Highly recommend the community cinema, which is just a short walk from the accomodation, and Nomads for breakfast, even closer.
Would recommend for a shirt stay. Probably the only improvement would be a bin in the bedroom area for the tea/coffee station etc. Apart from that, the room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, albeit basic, as the location and convenience boost the rating.

the staff at the oyster inn were lovely, steffi was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for her, it was our anniversary when we stayed, and she made it memorable, also the food was fantastic, we will be back.

Oyster Inn completely exceeded our expectations
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HotelsWe booked for two nights for a girls trip away. The hotel room was lovely and a great size for what we needed. The extra details - bathrobes, aesop shampoo & soap and complimentary snacks in our room made the trip. The restaurant had great food and we were even able to take dessert back to our room one night. The breakfast which was included in our stay was excellent and had a great choice of options for food as well as tea and coffee.
We were able to easily walk to the beach as well as a decent walk to some local wineries. The local buses were easy to use using our AT Hop Card, getting us directly to the hotel from the Ferry and also on to other parts of the island. We will be back!

This property although small was best part of my trip to Auckland/Waiheke island. Hotel staff, food and beverages were great. Short walk to beach and 15-20 mins to wineries! I’ll be back in June!

Very quaint place, cozy room, warm staff, loved everything about it. As the restaurant at premise is now closing on T&W they offered me breakfast at the next door restaurant. And, it was delicious.
The Aesop products in the bathroom made me gasp for a hot minute!
