Très bon hôtel, Parfait

Très bon hotel. Nous avions un appartement séjour cuisine + chambre Excellent Superbe vue sur la Baie d'Auckland. Très belle piscine pour profiter du soleil et faire quelques longueurs

Good stay. The kitchen could be better equipped. If we needed to cook there it would have been very challenging. No knifes for chopping and no scissors. Also limited crockery and food prep items

Excellent location in takapuna with beautiful views of auckland city. Very friendly and helpful staff

It was dirty Pubic hair and stains all over the beds We complained and were moved rooms It was better but still Dirty and big Pubic hair on the hand towel in the bathroom I have complained directly to the hotel and given them a chance to respond before placing a public review They have not bothered to respond I would like to give others a heads up before booking I don’t know if it’s their “Expedia allocated rooms” or what But for over $200 a night I expect a basic standard of cleanliness Disgusted actually dirtiest place I’ve stayed in all my travels around the world

Hi Leeanne, unfortunately, it seems that you may have missed my email response that I sent you last week.Please be assured that we take cleanliness very seriously, and the presence of a foreign hairs in your bathroom is completely unacceptable! The dirty bed covers are also being investigated and we will ensure that this is removed from the room and replaced with new! We are addressing these matters urgently and will ensure that the housekeeper responsible is retrained to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.I am sincerely sorry that you had a poor experience with us. This review has been escalated to our Senior Management Team and we deeply value your feedback so that we can address & correct these issues.
