It was so beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The sunsets were absolutely stunning and the setting idyllic. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a high quality and peaceful place to stay.

Superb spot. Great facilities. Room amazing, Spa awesome. Kayla was super helpful with recommendations for local attractions. Thanks, we really enjoyed our stay!

Dont let the distance put you off. Taxi ride there and then you are only a 10 min walk to Batch winwry and explorer hop on hop off stop. 30 min walk down hill to the beach and another restaurant (get a taxi back up as steep!). Walking distance to the ecozip. Most fantastic veiws of the island. The pool grounds and hot tub are great. Excellently equipped new gym.

Pure nature

This is a very quiet and cosy place far out in the nature! Except the nearby airstrip you’re solely surrounded by nature. Ines communicated exceptionally well. For this place a car is highly recommended to get around. Only weakness was the unstable wifi which stopped working completely at the end of our stay.

Thank you for your feedback we are pleased you enjoyed your stay, unfortuneatly in regards to the wifi we had 45-50km winds hit the island and the towers that we run our wifi on along with other businesses on the islan were effected by this, which has now been stabilised since the weather calmed.

Not flexible, hospitality mentality is lacking

Unflexible with check in and check out times (2pm , 10am respectively). Does it take 4 hours to clean a small villa? If you charge the price of a 4-5 star hotel in an international city, the hospitality mentality to expected to go with it. Failed greatly on this.

Our check in times are clearly stated on the booking chanel you booked through and during our peak season we are often unable to offer a early check in or late check out due to maintainence, servicing as not cleaning is required. We are not based in an international city and being based on Waiheke Island in peak season all services are under huge demand so its critical to keep our high standards that we work efficently as we can within checkin and checkout times when we have back to back bookings. We have never had any bad feeback since opening with mostly 10/10 for our reviews and are able to be more fleixble with check in/check out times during our off/quieter season like all accommodation providers.
