Very clean property - easy check in although the instructions could have been clearer (we were advised to check in after 2PM but when we arrived, the reception said they are closed from 2PM in winter so this was a little confusing). Other than that, fantastic stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed my time staying at the resort it is a fantastic place to stay and wish I could have stayed longer.

Rather steep site with many steps down and up to and from our unit. Only found out no services available the day we arrived including food that we anticipated getting onsite so had to travel elsewhere to get something to eat. No reception open on arrival or at several other times we tried.

Kia Ora Steve, we regret to hear that you did not have the best experience this time. Due to an unexpected very low season, we decided to close our main facilities like the restaurant and swimming pool for renovations, so guests can enjoy the Resort at its best. To compensate the inconvenience, we are offering all our accomodation at a very discounted rate.This has been notified to all guests staying with us during our closing period (8th June - 8th July), and we are very sorry if we have missed letting you know.We do have many steps in our location, just a test drive of the challenges you are going to find out there on Waiheke. Lots of hills out there :)

Lovely property - had everything you need, very convenient Unfortunately the toilets nearest the public spa were very dirty - had smoke butts, strange looking food on the ground, a pair of underwear in the sink and purple splashed everywhere up the walls etc
