Great location, nice clean room with a comfortable bed. Parking onsite. Would definitely stay again.

Large room in old villa style property well inside the property - room was upstairs - may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Offer made to carry bag upstairs however not needed for me. Outlook good.
Owners/staff with limited English created some difficulties in communication - unable to gain directions to nearby breakfast options.

Was an average room for the price.
Shower flooded.
Chose for the convenience of location. Close to shops and gym.

This is our second stay in the last 6 months and would recommend to anyone who are looking for affordable commadation and friendly staff and a view of Sky City Tower.

Stayed in Waiheke room. I'd like to see a Microwave added to the rooms, especially for a 4 day stay like me. If a lot of guests, it can get a bit noisy. Edward was a great host. Allowed me to put my rubbish in the property bins and put my luggage in storage after check out so I could go out for a while. I'll come back if they put in a microwave.
