Perfect stay
Publié le 19 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayWir sind aus familiären Gründen über Silvester nach Sligo gefahren und hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Amanda und ihre Familie sind freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die alles tun, damit ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war tadellos sauber. Auch an den kälteren Tagen nach Neujahr waren die Räume gut beheizbar, warm und gemütlich. Das Haus ist ruhig und landschaftlich schön gelegen, man hat einen tollen Blick. Den Garten konnten wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht nutzen, das ist im Sommer sicherlich noch ein zusätzliches Highlight. Mit dem Auto sind mehrere schöne Strände, die Stadt Sligo und viele weitere Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Super schönes Ferienhaus
Publié le 18 oct. 2019 sur HomeAwaySuper Lage mit tollem Blick über die hügelige Landschaft bis zum Meer. Amanda ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bietet viel Platz. Wir kommen wieder 😊

Wonderful place!

The place has beautiful views of the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Amanda and Philip couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. It is country living but with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do including the cities of Sligo and Ballina. Great location for walkers & hikers, and those interested in history and archaeology. Very easy to get to a number of stunning beaches, good restaurants and charming cafes. There is so much to see and do but also the opportunity to relax and take it easy. We would return to Sligo and the property again! It is one of our favourite places on the planet.

Great property in a great location

The wifi was handy and not at all patchy and allowed us to stream netflix on a stormy night in. The views are stunning and the location is within about 20 minutes of Sligo or Enniscrone and about 10 minutes of 3 lovely beaches. This house felt very welcoming and it was like staying in someone's home.

Great cottage in a beautiful spot

The panoramic views are really lovely and the cottage is beautifully presented. We were welcomed with a hamper of some essentials which was a lovely touch. The cottage is well equipped although there's no wifi (which may be a good thing!). Overall we had a great stay for a very reasonable price.

An extremely comfortable warm clean welcoming home

Summer vacation

She checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Our family enjoyed all the natural beauty in Sligo. We would stay here again when in the area. Thank you!
