They did not make up the room during my visit. I find it totally unacceptable for a Marriott to not have enough staff available for housekeeping services.

Clean and Serve better and sanitize

Very nice hotel check in lady super Room AC didn't cool past 76 7:30 am maintenance was spraying something in hall and room next to us work up as u counted hear the pumping and spraying over and over 25 minutes Bar no happy hour when theee corners left I sat down bartender picked up glasses and plates and dirty napkins but did no wipe down or sanitize then I asked Mickey and he did and sad that's just not right said I agree Did excellent manager lady served us at it was 9pm and Resturant closes at 9 she was great Nice hotel classy but not cooling AC and not wiping up after other customers is concerning

Poor communication

Don’t know if it was Hotels.com or hotel but room was not suite I paid for and hotel did not honor parking I bought with booking. They have two properties side by side and add did not clarify that and the room was in different than understood.

I must say out of all the place I get to stay on the road this is by far one of the friendliest most accomodating establishments with very convenient restaurants and bars. Love it!
