This hotel is terribly dirty. I decided not to stay after I saw the lobby and the bathroom how dirty it was I was concerned about staying there

There was no water. Unable to flush toilet. I had called and was told there was water and electricity. Air conditioning was good. But we checked out as there was no water. And no room keys. The two overworked staff had to walk guests to their rooms. It was cash only even after I had paid on line.
We checked out after being in the room 5 min.

There was no water in the hotel. So you couldn’t flush a toilet or take a shower.
