C’est ma pire expérience à vie!! La chambre 416 n’avait pas été nettoyée et il y avait encore des graines de pain ou de biscuits sur la chaîne et le comptoir! J’ai donc demandé à changer de chambre mais c’était pas mieux dans la 412. Il N’y avait plus de papier de toilette sur le rouleau, pas de rideau de douche et des traces de sang sur 2 des 4 oreillers! Eurk! Je suis descendu au Front Office pour me plaindre poliment et la dame sans s’excuser et dire un seul mot m’a remis 2 nouveaux oreillers et… un rideau de douche que je devais poser moi-même! Je l’ai mentionné à la jeune gérante le lendemain matin ! J’ai toutes les photos comme preuve! Dommage car je vais toujours au Stay America à Ormond et c’est le Jour et la nuit! Je vais être méfiant à l’avenir et peut-être choisir un autre établissement malheureusement!

The day before arrival I received a call from the hotel, direct. They said they were cancelling my reservation and I needed to go into hotel.com and cancel. I refused. Then they said that my credit card didnt go through and was denied. (I had already been charged so I knew it was not accurate.) I told them they could only cancel my reservation if I received an e mail with a valid reason. Then they said I could stay! The room was clean except for the vinyl floor. It was all sticky. I washed with water and hotel linens. They were filthy when I was done. While the kitchenette was lovely, there is not one plate, pot or anything to use. Not even plasticware. The free breakfast consisted of breakfast bars and packaged muffins that were all gone within 30 minutes and nothing was restocked. There is no maid service unless you stay a week. The bed was comfortable and I did appreciate a coverlet that is washed between guests (I hope).

Due to Huracane Helene the lights of the hotel went out after one day the water stoped running in the hotel I understand that the problem is the staff did not move a finder to try to make things a little bit more confortable to keep the stay left 2 days early and they did not care

Recepción muy amable, rápida y profesional, habitación buena pero no tiene cafetera y no hay café en el lobby, el desayuno regular, la estadía en la habitación malísima, estábamos en el 3er nivel y en la habitación de arriba en el 4to nivel hacían demasiado ruido en la madrugada y no se podía dormir bien.

We discovered the comforters had what appeared to be blood stains on the underside of them, that we would not have discovered had we not pulled the spreads back to disinfect. I asked for replacements, there were non available at the time. The shower had stains and there was debris / trash under the bed from the previous customers. The local weather conditions did not help either. To be fair. A hurricane hit the area the first night we were there. I was in town 3 days for my father's funeral. The power was out in the entire area as well as the water went out the second day. I would think a well established chain such as this would have emergency generators and water supply tanks to assist its patrons. It was a miserable three days with no plumbing, power or sewage. They already had my money and I could not get a refund to go elsewhere. I'm sure the property would be livable under normal conditions. However, there should be some discussion for future emergency provisions for their guests. Even to offer water and non perishable items to make them more comfortable.

The floors were filthy in the elevator, down the hallway on the 4th floor and our room had sticky spots and the floor underneath the beds were filthy. Our feet were black walking barefooted in the room so we had to wash them in the tub before getting into the beds for the night. The rest of the room was clean. Sheets, kitchenette, bathroom all seemed nice, but it was like they forgot to clean the floors.
