Un Holiday Inn Express standard donc bon

Contre : Personnel
Emplacement : Centre d'Augusta, dans la partie Downtown donc idéal pour sortir de soir, pas mal de restaurants.
Séjour étape lors d'un périple dans l'est américain. Hôtel Holiday Inn Express donc de chaine, les chambres sont propres, confortables et spacieuses. Rien d'exceptionnel mais ce n'est pas ce que l'on demande à un Holiday inn.

We LOVED the staff. Everyone was so accommodating, friendly and full of smiles. The best was Horace. He made breakfast our favorite time of day. He took such good care of us and really went out of his way to make our day. The only issue we had at the property was i was a little nervous. The area had a lot of homeless and i did see security driving around. The elevators were pretty dirty but the rooms were fine. We appreciated the gated parking lot. I would only stay here again for the staff.

First off, I was put in a room right by the stairs. I had to hear the door to the stairs being opened and closed for the duration of my stay (when I asked if I could change rooms, I was told that since I booked through Expedia, they couldnt accommodate me.)
The front desk staff was missing from midnight to 3:45a.m. (I had a 5 a.m. flight).Coincidentally, my uber driver told me that she had to pick someone up from the property 2 hours prior to picking me up because they waited two and a half hours to check in and no one ever came to the door nor answered the phone).
I called and waited for someone to check me out but no staff was around.
The carpet and floors were dirty, as well as the grounds surrounding the property.
The property is right by the highway so its noisy.
Do yourself a favor and go up the street about 4 blocks and stay at one of the better hotels
