Better than we expected..exterior appeared to have been recently painted and room had what appeared to be new carpet and tile

The place was a dump!!! Definitely nothing like depicted in the pictures. The room was filthy. The one chair and foot stool was dirty and the vinyl was torn in many places. We were so uncomfortable in the room that we slept in our clothes. No dining facilities at all. There is a soda machine in front of the building.

Greed surfaces in Augusta for the Masters
Publié le 11 avr. 2024 sur HotelsThe place is a dump. Threadbare linens. Bath towels small even for an infant. TV from 2011. Rooms need paint and basic maintenance. I know it’s Masters week but if they are going to charge $250 for an $80 a night room show some pride. I used to stay there when it was the Augusta Western Hotel and it was a lot better then. Cheap for Masters week but if they want repeat business…

Property was below average! Not located in the best part of town! Had no towels in room and no ice machine on property. I won’t be back to this hotel. Very dated property!!!
