We have stayed at this hotel before for the Maters in 2022. It wasn’t great but the price was right and the location was perfect. We decided to stay there again this year since we knew what we were dealing with. You can’t beat the price. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they had updated the room! New bathroom, new floor, what seemed to be a new mattress and sheets. It is an older hotel but you can’t beat the location or the price. Friendly staff!

Dear Guest,I would like to personally apologize for the series of unfortunate incidences that you experienced during your stay with us. We continually try to do our very best for all of our guests, but unfortunately, sometimes we do fail. New Management is in place and we are trying our best to meet your expectations. I will look into each issue that you have noted, in an attempt to correct and improve our hotel policies. If next time go to masters booked room in holiday inn .call and ask how much they charge in masters week. Thank you

I was at The masters inn for 8 days and was very comfortable for the first 2 nights… after that house keeping stopped making my room, giving me towels and making my bed. It was very annoying, I had a toddler with me- I spoke to members of staff and they all told me that I should speak to reception, and even after I did that by day after day my room went uncleaned. I was often woken up in the middle of the night by whatever commotion (fights, arguments, shouting) was going on outside. I barely slept. I can’t imagine what it would’ve been like when it was carpeted, because even with the vinyl floor they are refusing to keep it clean.

Bed was comfy and the place was pretty clean. No hot water and the shower/tub didn’t work at all

I was worried seeing other reviews but when I got there everything was perfect. Bed was clean. Had a microwave AND fridge, you’d be surprised how many more expensive hotels DON’T do that anymore, lively area to walk around. Plenty of food options around. Great price even DURING Master’s week. Happy overall.

Good enough!

Basics is what I needed and that’s what I got. Nothing fancy but clean and friendly staff. Would have been nice to have a few chairs outside so I could have a smoke away from everyone. Some hangers would also be nice.

The pillows on the bed was dirty!!! The tub was nasty...I had to go the store and purchase cleaning supplies....I saw a couple of roaches....the smell was bad....luckily we only stayed here one night....
