Ma chambre était sale a mon arrivée, aucune serviette à disposition, il y’avait des taches jaunes dans le lit. La douche coulait en permanence, il y avait des insectes d’humidité qui se promenais dans la chambre… le téléphone n’etait pas brancher ( aucun fils)

Not Pleased
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsFirst room was dirty. The second room there where no comforts on the beds. The towels where dirty. No ice buckets or ice machine,and over all they where fixing cars in the parking lot all night

Terrible 😞 bugs all around. They tried giving me a room I didn't pay for didn't want to bother the staff cause they lived there. And worried they would try to have there friends rob or threaten me . No blankets just sheets make sure you bring a blanket. Tv didn't work right. Remote didn't work Internet wouldn't work.

Don’t waste your money
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HotelsWe did not stay here because they ga e is a dirty occupied room that I wait 20 mins for them to give me because the receptionist was outside smoking a cigarette and on the phone. After given the room the hotel smelled strong like Mary Jane and I have my young daughter and son who’s is the army. They said they ga e me a refund and emailed me receipt. I never got the refund or the refund receipt they said they gave me

Terrible Service
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI reserved the room here and when I went to get my keys and check in they said they didn't have that room available and only had a one-bed room. That wouldn't work because we needed two beds for the four of us. We had to find another hotel for the night when it was already late in the evening. So we had no place to stay and out $65 dollars.
