My husband and I booked a room here during hurricane Helene. There were people hanging out in the front, no staff at the front desk and the property looked dirty. The manager sent a message stating we could cancel and not be charged if we did not check in. We did not check in, I attempted to get a refund for one week to no avail. Expedia tried to contact the owner but they were unsuccessful. It was already a bad situation due to the aftermath of the hurricane and this just added to the frustration. We slept in our car!

Entire hotel smelled like smoke, the flooring in room was all messed up, the air conditioning did not work, there was no lighting in the room, the TV was removed from the wall as well as the lights. The bathroom sink and toilet was not clean.

the staff was very nice but there is a problem regarding the walls. There is smoker sections and nonsmokers.. If a smoker in in the other room it will flow into the the next rooms near it through the electrical grids. The whole room gives off a rundown feel to it and anyone walking outside.. the door isnt seales properly so the sound goes right through the door.. It gets so nosy sometimes..
