The backyard is amazing with a fire pit and hot tub on the deck. It is close to either Waterville or Augusta or the Belgrade lakes region. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and highly recommend the place.

Perfect for a doible family stay!

Charles home was perfect with great bedroom space, open kitchen to dining area, awesome backyard space, perfect for some whiffleball! Everything we needed was there to make it a comfortable stay even though we werent home much at all during the day. The home sits on a side road in a peaceful neighborhood. Charles was quick to respond and answered any questions right away. If you have a large family dont hesitate to book here.

Common areas were perfect for family gathering. Great yard and lawn games. Our host was amazing and very accommodating. Highly recommend this home.
