Hot water, cold AC, clean sheets. Trip to Walgreens to get some lysol as the room had a terrible small, breakfast was “not so good”. The motel served its purpose, would never stay again. Not sure why it had a high rating as it’s really nice a very nice place. Have some pride

We take pride in the hard work our staff puts in to make sure the rooms are up to standard and clean. Breakfast is not advertise on the website so guests will not expect it. If you had any issues with your room and if you would had informed the front desk about your room then we would had placed you in another one to make sure you would had a great stay with us. Great. This is a very great place ro stay. The staff is cery friendly. Rm is very nice and clean.

The West Bank Inn exceeded our expectations! Exceptionally clean and well kept with a very friendly staff.. When on a trip this is what I look for and what I got! .

Overall my almost two week stay during our trip for basketball went quite well, the owners and staff were always very accommodating, and they were obscenely kind and patient with my kids as well. I will definitely try staying here again for any future trips to Augusta……
