I arrived as planned. The hotel staff was pleasant. The hotel is an extended stay with very limited amenities and only a vending machine for food options. My room was completely filthy and disgusting. From the entry door to the other four walls, the room was nasty! 1. Dirt and trash met me at the door. 2. The stove was dirty with remnants of the previous occupant's meals. 3. The counters were filled with cigarettes burns in a non-smoking room. 4. The entire room had dirt and trash on the floors. 5. The there was no blanket on the bed and the heater did not work. 6. The room was freezing. 7. The entire hotel was out of towels, sheets, pillows and blankets. I used my bookbag for a pillow and they found a sheet for me to put over the bed. (I was extremely concerned about bugs). I rested for 4 hours, not slept, I just rested my body laying on top of the sheet fully clothed. During my 4 hours i listened the residents run in and out the hallway and their rooms. 8. The floors were stsined with droplets and streaks of whatever the previous occupant left. This was worst than the Bates motel! I travel alot and have seen alot. This was my worst hotel yet! Oh, they said they were at capactity and this was the only room. Mind you my fee was over $100 for this trash. I have been catfished for real! The positive reviews and ratings are FALSE! I'm definitely awaiting my refund!

I like the amenities of the property but I think they can truly upgrade the parking in the rear! It's too small!!!

Found roaches in the room, toilet seat wasn't clean, room was never serviced during a weeks stay, no one comes to replace dirty towels.
