This gorgeous 3 bedroom / 3 full bath home is a gem in the heart of the
sought after Travis Heights neighborhood. Just a few blocks walk from South
Congress, anything and everything you might need is right at your
fingertips. Perfect for a family vacation, a festival weekend or longer
term stay, the house has an open concept living room, open to both the
kitchen and dining area. The downstairs also features a full bathroom, a
large office with a regularly serviced upright piano, a separate laundry
room, as well as a large coat and storage closet.


Upstairs are three bedrooms as well as an open nook area, perfect for cozy
reading, or for the kids to play with magna-tiles and Duplos. The primary
bedroom features a California king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large
tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed
w/ a large closet and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, perfect for
children (foam bumpers for these beds are in the bedroom’s closet if
needed.) Off street parking and a fenced yard make for a comfortable and
convenient stay, as well as two indigenous Live Oak trees in the front and
back of the house. The brand new private back patio includes a gorgeous
dining and entertaining area, underneath dimmable bistro lights just steps
from the covered wrap-around back porch with porch swing, sitting area,
dimmable lights and ceiling fans.


This home is just blocks from a wonderful park, Little Stacey park, and
during the spring/summer months, the Little Stacey Wading pool. Perfect for
young kids.

Great Austin Home
Lovely Austin home. We stayed here while visiting our son for Thanksgiving. Great location - close enough to South Congress and close to walking trails and parks. Beautiful back yard with lovely porch. We'll stay here again as we visit Austin a couple times a year.

The outside was lovely but definitely not maintained cobwebs , dirt… cleaning should include the outside . The entrance had cobwebs at front door on side panel.

Lovely home! Great neighborhood/location. Within walking distance to all things S Congress. Well maintained and clean property. Wonderful lay out + great outdoor space. Made for a perfect fit for our girls weekend! Staff was responsive. Kitchen nicely equipped with items one might need. Felt pampered. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home that was fully stocked and had lots of space. It was walking distance from the south congress district which was very convenient. Only complaint was that the host responses were extremely delayed or they did not respond to my messages at all. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Great House, Great Location
We stayed here while in Austin for our son’s wedding. Location is great! Close to downtown and restaurants on Congress Street. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Our only complaint was that the keypad on the front door worked to unlock the door but not lock it when leaving the house. I notified the management company about the problem shortly after our arrival and was told where to find a key for the door. I would hope the lock has been repaired by now, but if not I recommend supplying more keys as it was inconvenient to only have one key for 4 guests. This problem aside, our stay was wonderful and we would stay here again.

One of the Worst and Unclean Experiences Ever!
There is a total lack of communication from the property owner and the guest. I sent an email regarding early check in and heard nothing. The property managers call center which is out sourced out of the country could care less about anything that is going wrong. The house was filthy with dead bugs in the master bed and pubic hair. There was also many stains on the furniture as well as female stains on the bed sheets. There were numerous roaches we saw inside the home downstairs. The back yard is a complete joke. Do not count on using it as they have not cleaned it in several months. A horrible experience I would not wish on anyone.

Great location! We felt very safe and neighborhood was very walkable. Close to everything fun which meant not a lot of time in the car getting to the different venues. House was perfect! Big enough that we were not crowded but felt warm and homey. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house is great, laid out nicely with the living room down and bedrooms up. Easy short walk to South Congress bars and shopping. The main negative for me was the check in. We knew the house keeper had come and gone, and I was told once they left and the house was ready, I would get a text. The home was ready and no text. 4:00 is a very late check in and 10:00 is a very early check out so keep that in mind if you get in early or have a later departure day of. Otherwise the house itself is great.

Good location in Travis heights
Several of my friends stayed here for a long weekend trip. The house fit us all well and there was ample space. The location was great with easy access to Congress and the downtown area. We would stay here again if we are in town.

Great house and location
This is an excellent find very close to South Congress. The house was clean and it is well-equipped. I would stay here again for sure. Only a couple of small issues. We were attacked by wasps as we got out of our car and my wife received a painful bite. There was a nest on the old wooden fence. We also found another wasp nest on the back porch. I bought some spray and dealt with them although an attentive landlord might have noticed them. Also, there were about ten indoor flood lights in the high ceilinged areas that were either burned out or had no bulbs at all. This was an annoyance, not a deal breaker but we had no stepladder and although there were other replacement bulbs, there were no indoor floodlights. The only other issue that was very troublesome was the master bed. There is a foam topper about six inches thick that makes the bed very uncomfortable to sleep in. These few things are easily remedied and I would hope the animal spirit guide of the home leads them in that direction (observant guests will understand this comment). It’s a great house that just needs a couple of tweaks.
