Ladies' Golf Getaway
Publié le 12 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed at this property numerous times now. We play golf in the mornings and then enjoy the beatiful pool in the afternoons. In the evenings, we have fires. The hosts have been very accomadating with our special request to check in early. When we requested additional firewood, they came over and gave us more than enough for the rest of our stay. This house and property is so well taken care of - it's wonderfull!

Spacious home perfect for a large group!

We loved relaxing poolside and the living area was large enough to accommodate everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. Might think about bringing some pool towels with you (though there were plenty of towels to go around, they were all standard bath towels). Make sure and stop at Paradise Point for breakfast—located just a few minutes away and so unique and fun! We would love to return!

Great for a Group Get-Away
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a large group made up of 4 families, with 17 of us in total. The house was perfect with lots of privacy. The house is pretty far from stores, restaurants and entertainment but if you are looking for privacy and seclusion, this is perfect. The only thing that would make this place 5 stars would be the addition of a hot tub. Other than that, we had a great time here.

We have been in business over four years and have never received anything but five star ratings. We take great pride and we work extremely hard as a family to maintain this reputation. We did not advertise a hot tub so we feel it is unfair for you to penalize us for not having one. Thank you for your consideration

Clean House
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe overall stay was very nice. The house and pool were very clean and well kept. We had 12 people in our group and it didn’t feel cramped at all, plenty of space, rooms and TV’s for everyone. The back porch has 2 tables and ceiling fans great for hanging out and eating in the shade. The pool area has some lounge chairs and tables but there is no shade, so I would recommend bringing some sort of table umbrella or pop up tent if you want shade by the pool. The kitchen was lightly stocked with cooking tools. Pots and pans were pretty beat up.

Wonderful Stay!
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was better than expected. Everything was exactly as described and even better in some cases. The grill was beautiful. The pool was crystal clear, and the house was fitted with all necessary items for cooking, cleaning, and entertaining. The double dryer came in handy many days, and we also enjoyed using the corn hole boards. The house also included a standard and keurig coffee maker. The furniture was comfortable and homey. The property is definitely back in the country. We felt like we were driving in someone's yard to reach the property, but the seclusion and privacy ended up being one of our favorite things. The host was responsive to any needs that arose and showed kindness and grace throughout our stay. We also enjoyed renting a pontoon boat at Barren Lake State Park one day. This park is free to use and includes some nice trails, playgrounds, restaurants, a beach, and much more. Overall, we had a wonderful family reunion and would love to return one day in the future!

It’s a great house for a large family with bedrooms enough for all. The pool was enjoyed especially the slide and diving board. We couldn’t find any matches to light the fire pit and bring yr own pool towels and pool toys. Also although 2 nice coffee makers are provided bring yr own ground coffee and pods.
