Family Reunion

We stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful time. The owner was very helpful and quick to answer our questions. Even though it rained much of the time, we enjoyed the salt spa, the sauna and the BBQ. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay in this home. It's been a couple of months so I'm a little foggy on some details, but the hot tub was amazing!!! We were there to ski, so being close to Orford was amazing. Any questions we had were always answered quickly - thanks Patrick!

Bring a little extra

Overall we enjoyed ourselves and there was enough space for our group. There were a couple burnt out lights inside, door handle to a washroom left me trapped for a few minutes because it fell off. Should have extra linens available just in case and warm covers. And some pantry basics as well as full hand soap bottles. Bring your towels as well if you plan on using spa. Cost for bringing pets is pricey so be aware. If you want it a few hours earlier the extra cost is also pricey. In the end, nice place but for the price could have had a few extras.

Bonjour Natasha, Merci pour votre appréciation. Nous avons corrigé les points mentionnés . Malgré qu’il est de plus en plus rare que les chiens soient acceptés en chalet, nous avons choisi de les accepter dans nos propriétés mais avec un frais. Les chiens occasionnent un usure prématuré et un risque de bris élevé. Nous avons d’ailleurs constaté des graphignes sur la porte extérieur du sauna et de la porte entrée du patio …..

Family Celebration

We stayed at the Chalet in Austin in early March for a family celebration for my husband's retirement. We had 4 couples and 2 young children and the house was perfect to accommodate our group. There were plenty of sleeping options, the kitchen is big enough for hosting dinner parties, and the outside facilities (hot tub and spa) were a plus. Patrick, the host, responding quickly to all inquiries. Overall, the house met our expectations and was perfect for our short stay.
