Softball Tournament
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came for a softball tournament. It was a good location as tournament was in Georgetown and Taylor. The house was clean and was perfect for our family of 4 and two dogs. Great backyard for our dogs to run and play in !! Definitely recommend this location.

House wasn't cleaned
Publié le 1 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were staying at this house for a family graduation over the Memorial Weekend. This spacious house has a backyard and a big living room area. Fast internet and plenty of seating options.
But….
The house wasn’t cleaned properly. The floors were ok-ish, but there were dead flies on the floor. Some furniture has surprisingly thick levels of dust. Both showers were nasty. Not cleaned. The main shower had previous guests' hair and dirt all over. The second shower looks like it was used to collect bathmats for the floor, but the tub was still closed and had dirt all over it. It was awful. And the main thing of all. There was broken glass on the bottom of the dishwasher. We have little kids and toddler cups, etc, that need to be washed. That one freaked me out.
Upon arriving, there was a text to rate the cleanliness, and I did. I was asked about the issues and was told somebody would contact me to clean up and possibly resolve this. Nobody ever contacted me. The house stayed in this condition during our entire stay, which was several days.

In Town For An Outpatient Procedure

Amazing
Publié le 20 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat property. Impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked. We prepared a Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. The only problem was the secondary bedroom bed was broken and our guest used the couch instead. Lovely place and we had a wonderful time!

Needs some TLC....
Publié le 18 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWhy am I getting so many messages from both businesses? I already detailed the significant problems we noted that need to be corrected before anyone else stays at this house, including fixing the broken bed!
Please check with vrbo's review. We generally thought this was a nice house and don't want to give a harsh review, but trust that you will fix the bare wires coming through the wall in the living room; the dryer lint that needs to be vacuumed, the broken toilet paper holder, and improved directions for how to start the dishwasher (label the unlabeled wall switch).
