Terrible to say the least

Unsure how this is a Marriott. Frequent traveler for business and family I never had to change rooms so many times. First one had severe jarring noise with construction happening right under the room, second one had the bath tub clogged so had to head out to dinner without taking a shower while housekeeping worked on it upon return the problem still persisted so had to move yet again to a third one which had the exhaust in the restroom not working. Family of four was tired to move yet again and just finished the stay for 2 nights. The hallways have a weird smell always, the elevator has stains all over, understaffed with same personnel managing front desk and cafe and the list goes on…. The employees are trying their best but the hotel is ill equipped to provide clean, comfortable and pleasant experience to its guests. Registered a complaint into Marriott Bonvoy since I am a member there and will not be staying at one ever. Ruined our family trip at the outset. Steer clear from this one, a motel nearby would offer better.

Odd smell in hallway. Could hear guests in room/s above ours.

Ticks on bed

The check-in was easy. However, when we settled into our room, we noticed a tick crawling on the pillows. The front desk person was kind enough to move us into a different room without any issues. The staff was friendly and understanding; however, I would not stay here again due to knowing there are ticks crawling around in the beds at this hotel.
