Owners Sara and Brandon were easy to work with, and booking through Expedia was fast, easy, and there were no problems. Rooms are cozy, clean, and nice--not large--but a great place to stay comfortably in Austin, Nevada!

Clearly this motel is in the process of being updated. The exterior paint, furniture, and lighting is nice! The interior is clean but a bit dated. Not a big deal. Clean is what matters to me! We got in late and didn't meet any of the staff. The check-in process was call in, grab the key from the box outside the office, and go to your room. The woman that answered the phone was very friendly and welcoming. There was Keuring coffee in the morning in the office. Some little cups of half & half would be appreciated. I would stay here again if ever in the area. Thanks for your hospitality!

checkin was unusual, but no problem, once I located the motel phone number. The rooms were super clean and up to date. The grand daughters had a twin room. We old folks had a double queen, which was actually a two room suite, very pleasantly surprising, even though we only used one room after all. I highly recommend the motel. It was quiet, dark and the morning coffee was a pleasant addition. Food in town is spotty, but the market has good selection of sandwiches, snacks and breakfast goodies. I would certainly stay again. Thank you, hosts!!!

This is an older building that has been redone very nicely. The room was quite small but very clean and nicely decorated. The check in was unusual: the keys are in a mailbox outside the registration desk. You call the owner who tells you which key to take. There is not a secure lock on the door of the room. It's a very tight parking area. you can make yourself coffee in the registration area.

Small but comfy stay!
This small motor motel is an oasis in Austin. Nevada, a semi deserted ghost town with little to offer. The hotel owner, Sarah greeted us with friendly greetings and offered her hospitality. The room was very small, the linens, pillows and bed were awesome, providing the BEST sleep we’ve had. Recent paint in the room. Very clean, but small. The only negatives was the electric system, no lights in the bathroom and the microwave had lights that constantly flickered. That can be fixed…

Clean. Bed was comfy; water pressure was good; coffee pods in the office were fantastic. Only complaint: nowhere to put anything - no hooks, no closet bar, no drawers, one conference/hotel type chair. Otherwise good.

Our room was very clean, which is obviously the most important thing. It was very small. I feel like it was overpriced for what we got. However, I do understand that this is a tiny town and there are very few options so you’re going to have to pay whatever is charged if you want a room here. There were no other available rooms. Every room was taken so clearly they can charge whatever they want because there is a demand. I don’t begrudge them that. Check in process was easy.

The check-in process for the motel was not very conducive to customers satisfaction. The office was not staffed and it took a little bit for us to locate the attendant to check in. Otherwise, everything was OK.
