Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is super cute! It was very clean, and very comfortable for two adults. Loved the screened in porch, with the ceiling fan. It was 90 degrees outside, but the porch was still very comfortable, The location is central Austin, so very easy to get anywhere in Austin from. Appreciated the host has coffee there for you. The water pressure for showering is excellent. We used the extra room next to the bedroom for our suitcases and to get ready. We liked it very much and do recommend it!

Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I arrived to Austin for our anniversary trip, checked into this property and the AC was broke and it was 89 degrees in the house. I spoke with somebody from their management company who confirmed to me MULTIPLE times that we would get a full refund so we went ahead and booked another place to stay. I call the next day and he says he hasn’t submitted the request and then he proceeds to text me that his manager denied it. So, we spent a bunch of money on a new place to stay for the weekend and now we are being denied the refund.The management company who runs this VRBO is trash. I have reached out multiple times to the main line and nobody will give me a phone number for somebody who can assist me with a refund. I DO NOT recommend booking this place.

Publié le 27 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was clean. Screened porch was GREAT. Location is choice. The clinic or whatever is across the street had ZERO impact on our stay. I would EASILY book this again for me and a special someone! Galaxy Cafe, coffee place, and market are all an easy stroll down 10th street.

Quiet spot in the city
Publié le 30 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayOur stay at the cottage exceeded our expectations. All the amenities necessary, comfortable furniture and bed, great kitchen, screened in porch and patio. Quiet, tree filled location in a great neighborhood. Walkable for morning coffee and restaurants.

Adorable Cottage in the City

The screed patio was perfect to enjoy several dinners and the open deck was great to enjoy the sun. The house had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and organized. Comfortable couch, nice king sized bed and the room stayed dark for sleeping in late. Wish it had basic cable for local channels. Loved the location which was close to downtown, Zilker and the lake. Look forward to visiting again.

Quiet Bungalow
