The booking from Hotels.com states free parking and we had to pay for parking. I would have stayed somewhere else where parking is free.

We were there for 3 days. The hotel was very nice. The staff very helpful. They brought up the blanket and pillows very quickly when we asked. The text to us everyday was a nice touch. Wish the happy hour snacks were a little classier than chips and crackers.

We have stayed here many times over the last 5 years. The facilities have really deteriorated with no signs of repair.

Ok experience but not up to Embassy standards.
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HotelsStaff are welcoming and helpful. But this Embassy is not keeping up with ALL THE OTHER Embassy Suites. Pool area is awful - ceiling is dripping some kind of water into the pool and hot tub. The water is green. Breakfast is really weak. Hot food is only ordered by counter so you no longer see what is available. Have to keep asking for more bacon or hashbrowns which is inconvenient. Orange juice is super diluted - more like just water. We had two room 321 and 322. They were aged but clean. Beds were nice. The rooms were didn’t cool down enough to our liking but it was 103 for the highs outside. For the price that we paid - we should have chosen one of the other Embassy Suites or the Drury Plaza which is comparable. Good luck.

The only thing that I did not like is the 15.00 for self parking!!
