The couch in the 1st room had a large dark stain when we walked in. Told front desk and they moved us to another room that had a musky mildew smell. That night in the 2nd room, we heard the room above us take showers and then got to listen to the water leak down through the wall and soak our carpet (hence the mildew smell). Moved to a third rom the next day. Front desk comped one day of parking only. Better than nothing but think they could have done more.

This was a business trip. What liked well was the easy checkin and out. Room was clean. The shower was too hot and could not get to a comfortable degree to take a shower. The reception every night was great to unwind

No valet so had to park in public parking garage and walk back to hotel, no cover or connection to each other. Got a suite and the shower was a handicap shower but was so small that even my 5'10 husband couldn't fit in it and when we showered it flooded the whole bathroom floor
