Property is run down and smelly. Great location is the only redeeming feature.

La ubicación del hotel es genial, el personal es muy amable, y la relación calidad/precio fue buena. Hay estacionamiento en el hotel lo cual es punto a favor.
Lo único por lo que no doy 5 estrellas son 2 cosas: 1. El edificio por dentro si le hace falta remodelación y se escucha mucho ruido del resto de las habitaciones y 2. El horario del desayuno es muy corto.

The team was very kind and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable! The wifi was also quite good for work. The hotel is very close to downtown and to a beautiful park just beside Colorado River. It was a great choice!

Location is reachable with direct bus from airport, close to the big park, close to river, in a retreat like quite area, downtown is a short walk across the bridge. Room was nice, clean, good size, very comfortable bed. Staffs were super nice, allowed me to leave luggage and WiFi before check in and a late check out due to some things i was dealing with, helpfulto get change, give snack bar after breakfastwaa closed. Has a guest lounge, which not every extended stay has, plus the signature kitchennet definitely one of the best budget accomondation in town. It was a wonderful stay and thanks to the awesome staffs.
