The staff was incredibly friendly. Neil at thw front desk was particularly helpful and kind with my children. All of the staff greeted us when we were walking in the halls. The room was clean and we felt safe and secure staying there.

Good location; ok stay

Bed hard and pillows too soft made it an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Some TV channels for kids didn’t work. On our last day, juices were not available for breakfast.

The only problem I had was I was given a room other than what I booked. I think I got a down grade but paid the same price. I booked a king suite and got 2 double beds. Never at check in did they say anything about the change of rooms and didn’t tell me they were putting a hold on my card (yes I know most hotels do, but they always tell me when they do) But everything else was fantastic and I will definitely stay again when in the area.
