Nice landing pad
Publié le 25 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is as described. It's clean, well equipt and located within short distance (by ride share or single bus) to most areas of Austin. There are some restaurants within walking distance such as Hillside Farmacy (23 minute walk) and a lovely breakfast/lunch spot across the street from that but for the most part, we found we were taking lyft more often than usual. We used it as a landing pad for our adventures. We used it for sleeping and for resting in between daytime adventures and evening/night adventures. It was nicely air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. As I said, it was a great landing pad.

Cute, minimal modern house
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was the perfect launch pad for activities in East Austin and beyond. Small but efficient and nicely decorated with super comfy beds. Easy to find quiet neighborhood. A public pool within walking distance was a bonus.

Clean and Quiet
Publié le 19 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis little house was perfect for us. My top 2 needs in a rental are cleanliness and quietness and this was 100% both. It’s remodeled very nice and modern but still has some old charm to it. The bed was super comfortable also. I’m typically a firm bed kind of gal, but this was so soft and cozy.

Great Location
