**The owner retains unrestricted access to their apartment above the garage. They may or may not be there during your stay and will most likely park their vehicle in the garage.
For your safety and security, please note that there is an exterior camera located at the front of the garage. This camera monitors outdoor areas only and does not face any interior spaces.

**NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. Quiet hours are 9 PM through 8 AM. Excessive noise will not be tolerated during these hours. There will be one warning then a $250 fine. We respect our neighbors and expect you to as well.

**Any unregistered guests will be subject to additional fees to be determined by a PMI Austin Metro employee.
