When asking for electronic laptop cable nothing was available. I think that having some extra electronic is a must for business travelers.

I'm sorry you were disappointed. When hotels such as ours stock supplies to be borrowed by guests, they are rarely returned, and have to be replaced constantly. That is an additional operating expense that would necessitate us raising our rates. However, I will arrange with our Front Desk to have information readily available where guests can obtain replacements. Thank you for your comments.

Hotel good / front desk not so much.

No issue with the Hotel itself, but when Airline stranded me in Houston, I was told that if I didn't show up, they would charge my card for the full amount AND cancel my reservation.... so if I did show up the next day I would not have a room, and would have to pay separately to get a new room Fortunately the airline got us another flight, and I was able to get there around 3 AM. with my reservation still intact. But that whole discussion made a very bad impression....

Hello!Thank you for sharing your comments. Unfortunately, if reservations are prepaid and not used on the day of the arrival, the reservation will run as a no show and still be charged. If you ever need to make changes to prepaid reservations, you need to make sure to contact the third-party company you booked with, in this case Expedia.We are sorry to hear you were not aware of these policies, but glad you were able to make it.

Last weekend of summer get away.

Fast and easy check in, Ronda was great and very polite, informative and very friendly as well. The ONLY negative was that while we were out in the evening with a dnd sign on the door someone did enter our room with us not being notified, we did return to a chair being in our room that wasnt there previously and being right behind the door so that when we opened the door it hit the chair. Luckily none of our personal belongings we disturbed and i did speak with management to let them know, she was wonderful to speak with and stated she would be handling it. Other than that everything else was perfect.
