I really enjoyed my stay,there was a problem with ants around the bathroom sink once I let them know it was taken care of and I was given another room. I did not like the sliding bathroom room doors or the shower where u have to get wet just to turn it on ,all in all I really enjoyed it here and I would return.

The person checking us in was not very welcoming. He didn’t inform us of any amenities or really anything about the hotel. It’s near the interstate and our room was noisy. We also were awakened at night by the person in the room above us being noisy.

What to do in Austin?
Odd, circular designed building from the 60's or so. Rooms were odd shape and pretty small, although well appointed and clean. Fittings were old fashioned, but functional. Breakfast was wholesome and plentiful. Location was very good, close to the Lady Bird Lake hiking and running trails. Just a couple of miles from the Capitol Building too.

Overall good, a little noisy
Room was clean and comfortable. The free parking and easy walk to some good spots was a big bonus. Unfortunately the thing that lets it down was the noise, not only from the highway, but also from the corridor, we were near the lifts so got woken up at 1am with people coming up.
