Room was dirty , gum behind toilet , black hair in bed and shower , bathroom . Bed felt damp . Desk person said it was from the fan but it felt like damp sheets were put on . I’m blonde so the hair was not mine . Beautiful facility and check in lady was beyond friendly and recommended somewhere to eat .

I saw the conditions mentioned and decided right then and there not to stay. I was told that since I booked a package deal with Expedia I couldn’t get any money back. A day charge I can understand but having to pay for the whole week booked is ridiculous and bad practice. I won’t be using Expedia or Hilton Inn Express ever again.
