Overall, this day was fine. The first room I was put in had a constantly running toilet. They were unable to fix it in the moment and offered me to move to the next room.
I was charged two $50 holds instead of just the one for the one room and still have not received a refund on either one. Unable to get a hold of anybody at the hotel directly to get this taken care of.

Didn’t get any sleep could hear the people in the next room walls were so thin dead crickets all over the hotel terrible experience

Matilda checked up in, we had arrived early. Made our stay pleasant and answered all our questions. The food and cook were great! Plenty of options. He was very nice & respectful.. all the staff was. Thank you
