Nice, relatively new place. Clean, comfortable room with lots of amenities. Good location. Only negative was the breakfast was disappointing - "hot" food was warm at best, no variation in offerings, lack of low calorie yogurt. But we would stay here again.
We were visiting family in Georgetown and Round Rock. This is one of our favorite hotels in this area. This is a new facility and in very nice condition. Rooms were very nice and large. We did have some issues with temperature in room and either too hot or too cold. The thermostat would not allow change and we ended up turning it off. Otherwise all amenities in the room and lobby were satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent.
Had an issue with toilet nit flushing properly, but it was fixed promptly after reporting to desk. Breakfast was good! Clean, friendly service, would stay again!
We were very impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the hotel. My only complaint was that we were there for 5days and 4 nights and our room/towels cleaned and exchanged once. We even spoke to an employee about how often we could expect our room to be cleaned and towels exchanged and she told us daily.That didn't happen.

Arrived with stain on the bed. Could not replace because of staffing. Had to change sheets myself. Then noticed bathroom was not cleaned either. Very poor attention to detail for a brand new facility. Staff was friendly but unable to accommodate due to staffing levels and apparently no housekeeping at check in.
