Chambre sale et lit pas changé, salle odeur dans la chambre, et quand j'ai voulu me doucher, la douche était hors service, quand je l'ai signalé à la direction ils m'ont répondu qu'ils ne pouvaient rien y faire ! J'ai pris mes affaire et je suis parti dans un bien meilleur hôtel

We never got to stay there this place is really bad the staff was really bad they don’t care we looked in the room and went rented a different hotel we where disappointed that we paid and had to stay elsewhere

The stairwell smelled like urine as soon as you open the door. The towels in room was dirty and stained

Room was not properly cleaned. Dirty towels on hooks, hair everywhere, dirty kitchen, lingering smoke smell.

Expedia totally scammed me on this booking. The pictures on the site make it seem like a normal hotel, but the property and rooms are untenable. There were cockroaches everywhere, holes and pieces of the walls were missing, there were smears all over the walls and doors; it was disgusting. I checked out early and Expedia refuses to refund my booking even though I sent them pictures of the room.
