Need more staff. Very short handed. Ordered coffee and bottled waters, phone rang at all departments and no one answered as t all. Took 2 hours for housekeeping to bring more coffee and bottled water.
Tile in the bathroom and shower of very dangerous when wet. Extremely slippery when wet.

Extra white blanket stored in closet in Room 203 needs replacement. It had massive stains on it. Recycling bin?

We had a staycation, which was amazing. Chris at the front desk was accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The food was great, entertainment at the restaurant was great, the room was great, and the view was spectacular. We are returning for another staycation and recommending it to friends and family.
