I should have read through more reviews when booking this last minute on Expedia. Like other reviews it was not clear in terms of how to check in. I requested an early check in (2 pm vs 4 pm) and heard nothing back. But the "virtual front desk" was quick to send me a condescending text about a noise alert in my unit when I got back from yoga and turned the TV on and started a load of laundry. I didn't touch the volume on the TV. Just hit play to turn on the Olympics. And this was hours before the stated quiet hours that start at 10 pm, which the text referred to. I am a solo precessional traveler and the text from Kasa was insulting and a bit creepy. Made me wonder what else was being monitored. My unit was right down the hall from the 24hr gym so I was treated to a constant lullaby of weights being dropped on the floor PAST quiet hours. On a positive note I liked the location and the kitchen was well equipped for my needs. As background I have stayed in this type of third-party accommodation before and rate Kasa lower than the other well-known companies.

There were some towels in the washer from a previous guest and a light bulb was out. The shower stall was fine, but there wasn’t really anywhere you could put your shower things in the stall.

Amazing location, great stocking in the house to be able to stay for a whole week. Love the ability to use the balcony although wish was slightly bigger. Some updates need to bathroom shower and tub. But didnt change how great the stay was.

Convenient and spacious accommodations in an apartment building. Good for people who aren't looking for typical hotel amenities (like a front desk or concierge) because there aren't any, but for space and location, we thought it was well worth it.

I can’t say that I would stay at this property again. There were no accommodations, the tv did not work, and no amenities.
