This was one of the worst hotel stays of my life, and I’m not exactly used to The Four Seasons. It felt unclean, unsafe and uncomfortable. Motel 6 vibes. The location was also terrible - too far away from the center with no walkable streets to get around on foot. The hotel lobby was so gloomy and dark, and the TV had a crime documentary on. Here’s a newsflash: when people check into a cheap hotel in a dicey part of the city, they don’t want to hear about murders.

The property was in poor condition. Lots of areas that needed repair but most of all the floors, walls, and bathrooms were very dirty. The shower head had sludge on it that we didn't notice until we were using it. I won't be going back to this property.

The services was horrible, every time we ask for something at front desk the staff was rude and acted angry. The building was old and falling apart. It was very unsafe people from outside the inn was going in and out all the time. In general i will never go back to that hotel.
