Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThis was my 2nd stay at this hotel i went back because my 1st stay was great except for the desk person charging me after my room was pre-paid bilit it was quickly fixed
But this time double charge happened again they need a training on pre-paid rooms. Also I upgraded to have a fridge and microwave this area was horrible no circulation of air in the hallway so it smells terrible the carpet in the hallway and room was filthy no cleaning can help it. The bathroom had mold over the shower. It needs a good paint job. We were sitting watching TV and a roach came out of the dresser. The only part we enjoyed was the bed was comfortable i bring my own sheets and the convenient drive. Also when we arrrived no one was at the desk we waited 10 min.

Dried blood and cigarette burns on the tub. Roaches on the bed. Had a half of toilet paper and not even a back up roll.

Nothing was unique about the proper property. In fact, I find most of the wyndham hotels, even though they're clean and adequate, they're pretty run down anymore, which is rather sad.

Older hotel/freeway close

The bathroom did have a leaking toilet and rust stains/mold in the tub. Breakfast offered a good variety of food choices. We will not go back when staying in Austin.

Muy descuidado había cucarachas en el cuarto y no es tan económico el precio para lo que ofrece , muy mala experiencia
