The property was comfortable but is undergoing renovation. I booked here because I could walk to Texas Children’s Hospital

check-in experience was terrible. The young man at the front seem to have no clue what was going on. Had to wait at the counter five mill minutes while he texted on his phone. We were finally checking in. We were supposed to have a room with a tub and he did not know which ones they were once he gave us our key we went into the room. It only had a shower, went down to another room and they didn’t know if they had any tubs available and may not be able to have one I explained to him I had already paid for a tub. He finally found one and give us the key for those in the room, the remote control for the TV did not work , and as we just let down to take a rest after our trip housekeeping knocked on the door and disturbed us and said that they had this room ready for check out, and I totally just checked in not a real great experience will not be

Only reason for 4 stars on some items = they’re in renovation process on lobby (which will look great when finished). Room could use a renovation as it was “well loved”, but clean.
