“Outdated, Unpleasant Stay with No Surprises”
Dirty, smelly, and average service. Everything was broken or old. Not unexpected for a La Quinta, but I’m always opened to being surprised. In this case, sadly, I was not.

The bath tub was rusted. The TV didnt work. Asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes. Couldnt get into the building from side doors because the room were not compatible.

Front Desk Service was not friendly at all. The Room air conditioning made a loud room the room also was not very cool. Also when I left, they proceeded to charge me $196 without my consent when I already had prepaid days ago for my stay they charged me six times on my account and took almost $600 from my account without even notifying me and when I called, they told me that they couldn’t help me with my fees on my overdraft. That was my responsibility when they’re the ones that did this to me on my account so no my state wasn’t an excellent day. Be careful when you go to La Quinta with your credit card.

Very nice hotel right next to the Domain. I can't see the reason for staying in the more expensive options nearby. This hotel is as convenient and as nice.
