Construction in front of building. Room and hallway not vacuumed during stay. Room not cleaned on Saturday. Had to get our towels. Phone did not work. Had to use my cell to contact front desk. Bed never made and carpet not vacuumed. Day team was very nice and polite. Night team was not personable. Did not even say goodbye when hanging up the phone.

Convenient- easy access to freeways. But seems to attract some undesirable guests who slam doors and yell violently after midnight waking me up. Felt unsafe using back door to get to car due to a very large loiterer outside the door.

Would not stay there again or recommend

I called to let them know I was going to be late, they said no problem. Got there, they had my room. Got upstairs, it was a great room with no heat. This was during the cold snap & needed heat. Was getting ready to go ask for a different room when in comes another guest. Mind you I'm a female traveling by myself & my new guest is a man. We both were at front desk to get new rooms. They did not have another room size (king) that I requested & paid for upon arrival. But the room had heat & clean sheets. It did have a water leak in the shower & the water temperature was messed up! Barely any cold water so alk you had was HOT water which made the water pressure weak.

My family and i stayed here this past wekeend for a volleyball tournament. The room was very basic but clean. Front desk staff was nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again

Glad we just slept there

Beds were comfortable & room was clean. Breakfast was not great. Went down Friday eggs were sour, there was 1 piece of toast out, 1 yogurt & no meat. Breakfast started at 6am & that was at 6:45 am. Sunday breakfast was better! No ice machines, they were all broken. Says they have an indoor pool, they do not. It is not even done yet.

I am in love with this property it is a nice Laquinta and the entire hotel is super clean. The price is great and there are numerous restaurants and a Walmart nearby. the area is safe right off the expwy! i will definitely stay there when in Austin

1.) I reserved the accessible disabled restroom. When I checked in the receptionist said there were none available anymore. 2.) Broken glass in the back parking lot from a car break in 3.) No ice machine 4.) The ac/heater unit did not work properly It's new construction. But its still being worked on and honestly they shouldnt have opened this earlier. The hotel wasnt prepared imo.
