I stayed here last year and loved it this year we came across a few problems. 1) Room seemed to have damage to certain areas like curtains scraps on furniture and mold in some cracks in shower 2) when we checked in there was a lady in the lobby with what looked like all of her belongings we arrived at 3 and she was still there with her dog at 9 3) Our room was never cleaned and we stayed two nights we didn’t leave a do not disturb sign out so like it said on a sticker inside room that unless told otherwise we would get our room cleaned. We had to throw away trash ourselves and ask for some towels and even after stating room wasn’t clean they didn’t send someone up. 4) someone banged on our door and we spoke to desk/manager and they said some kids where doing this and that they were taking care of it nothing else was said 5) I witnessed the clerk on our second day taking selfies of himself . It’s a shame because the last time we were here it was quiet and I loved the area and proximity to stores. This however didn’t leave me satisfied.
