License Agreement: A signed License Agreement is required after booking, along with the names and ages of all guests. A DocuSign link will be provided, and access to the property cannot be granted until completed.

Pool Heating: Available upon request with at least 24 hours’ notice. $500 for up to three nights, plus $150 per additional night. The hot tub is heated at no charge.

Parking: A maximum of five vehicles is allowed—three in the driveway and up to two on the street in front of the house.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside or on upper patios but is allowed on the lower-level patio.

Tax Savings: The property is subject to only a 6% occupancy tax (compared to the standard 15% in Austin), providing a 9% tax savings for guests.

Perfect TX House!

The house was perfect for my family! There are eight of us and we had a blast with the game room, pool, hot tub, etc. Home is stocked well, including a kitchen with everything you need to cook meals for a crowd. Highly recommend this TX gem.

Wonderful Spring Break Stay!

The house was beautiful - just as it appeared in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big meals, the beds were comfortable, and the game room was a huge plus in that it allowed for separate hangout areas. We opted for the pool to be heated and our kids spent every morning swimming, even when it was certifiably cold outside! We would definitely recommend this rental.

Best Place We've Stayed!

We absolutely loved this property! Of any home we've rented, this was the best by far. Everything was immaculate. The view was gorgeous. It was so relaxing sitting out back listening to the pool, the creek and the wildlife around us. I even caught a nice little bass in the creek right there in the backyard. The hosts were also very courteous, helpful and kind.

The property is exactly as described. Luxurious home on a quiet residential street about 20 minutes south of downtown. Large deck overlooks a beautifully manicured and maintained pool/backyard area. Wowzers!!! Just the PERFECT Place

Look no further (trust me I looked all over for the perfect house and this is it!). This house had everything you could want! Games, pool, amazing deck space, fully loaded with towels, shampoo, everything you could think of in the kitchen. So much care and thought went into set up of the home and the amenities not to mention Leah the host just being an outstanding communicator and tour guide with recommendations along the way. Order your groceries to the door, park the car and you wont have to leave this beautiful oasis! The beds and linens are top notch as well!

Beautiful and serene property

We had a family gathering with ages ranging from 16 to 85. We had people of various levels of physical ability and we were able to accommodate everyone. The home was immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. Having dinner on the upstairs balcony while overlooking the pool and the creek was simply delightful. We had a wonderful time!

This property is amazing. Beautiful home. Lots of little amenities you don't get in other rentals. Owners were always present if we had questions. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. 10 out of 10 Amazing Place

Everything about this experience was perfect. The house was beautiful. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. The beds and pillows were all comfortable. The pool and hot tub were easy and beautiful. The game room allowed us to play like kids and make memories on our last night. And the porch table was big enough for the 11 of us to eat and have our coaching sessions. My amazing private chef lives just 15 minutes away and took care of all our food. Simply amazing. Thank you Leah and Clay for everything! Book this property if you have a large group - you won’t regret it!

80th Birthday Weekend

Our family had a wonderful stay. The pictures are exactly what you get. The outdoor space on the various levels of the house were very enjoyable. The lot is quiet and private with a lot of trees to produce shade for the outdoor space. Plenty of interior space including the air conditioned garage turned into a game room. The house was perfect for our group and a great place to celebrate an 80th birthday with family.

This property is beautiful! It is a very quiet setting that is very well designed and appointed. The bedrooms are large with plenty of room to move around the beds and the beds were comfortable for all four generations we had staying at the home. We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was nothing short of perfect! The house was beautiful and clean, very sizeable with comfortable beds, and had a beautiful patio, deck, and pool/hot tub. Leah, the host, was very generous and communicative. the check-in and check-out process was seamless. It was about a 20 minute uber from the city. It held our group of 15 perfectly!
