Modern Beautiful Place with Rustic View

We were here for our annual business strategy meeting and the accommodations were perfect! Large dining table and natural light was ideal when working on a computer all day. The rooms were a great size and the beds extremely comfortable! You can relax on the large balcony as well.

Summer Lake Vacation

The hosts were rather short and difficult. We asked for an early check in, were told no. We showed up 20 minutes early and were scolded. We cleaned the condo as instructed in the check out rules. I cleaned the condo myself and it was good. We were accused of leaving the place in horrible condition. Would love to know what their definition of horrible is.

Kevin, thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience. We strive to provide all of our guests with excellent service and experience during their stay, as that is our top priority as hosts. As noted on our property listing on VRBO as well as in our message to you right upon booking, The Hollows community is a big property and we recommend renting a golf cart to fully enjoy this luxurious resort style community as the Beach Club and Marina are .5 miles from the Villa. With a golf cart or car, the Beach Club and Marina are a couple minutes drive.
The day of your arrival you requested an early check-in and we expressed to you that unfortunately we were unable to accommodate an early check in since we had guests at the Villa checking-out the same day as your arrival and we had to ensure there was enough time for housekeeping to clean and prepare the Villa for your arrival. However, you disregarded our response to you as well the check-in instructions provided to you and attempted to check-in early while housekeeping was cleaning the Villa and they told you the same thing. We are so sorry to hear that you are upset about not being able to check-in early but as we explained to you when you initially asked us if you could check-in early, the summer season is a busy time for us as we are fully booked up with back-to-back reservations, which does not allows us to accommodate early check-in/late check-outs. As we communicated to you, had your reservation been during off season, we would have been more than happy to accommodate an early check- in.
As we communicated in our message to you, neither the check-in or check-out instructions, or the House Rules were followed. The Villa was completely trashed, with garbage, food, dishes and drink bottles all over the home, including food, dishes, and bottles under beds and sofas. One of our bedroom doors was also broken by someone in your group and we had to have that repaired.
We strive to give all of our guests the highest quality experience possible and in order to do that we asks our guests to follow the check-in and check-out instructions, and the House Rules.
We are so sorry that your experience was anything but wonderful, and we appreciate the feedback. Thank you.

Great Texas escape
Publié le 28 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had such an incredible time in Jonestown. The accommodations were beautiful and clean. It was an escape in the hills. Thoroughly enjoyed the pools and the Beach Club restaurant. Owners were wonderful with communication! Can’t wait to return!

Family Stay
Publié le 18 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayVery nicely decorated and well equipped condo. Bedding was comfortable and everything was clean. The patio has a bug screen which was nice. The beach club is about a five minute ride by golf cart, and they have several pools to choose from. We also brought burgers and used the gas grills available at the beach club. The boat ramp in the Hollows was closed due to low water levels, so we took the trip to town to access the lake, which was about 13 minutes. I would stay again.

Fantastic Lakehouse!
