Personnel agréable mais hôtel d’une très grande vétusté, tout est à refaire! Nous avions 3 chambres, les 3 étaient dans le même état!!
Douche qui fuit, sol qui se décolle, aucune insonorisation etc…

Do not stay here
Publié le 27 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWhen I say bugs galore, I mean it. Have never seen a hotel room infested with bugs the way it was. I could not sleep due to crickets found in the bed also. I asked to be moved rooms and the one that they gave me was worst. When I wanted to leave due to the issue, they would not issue me a refund. Instead of making it right, they advised me to leave the property and not come back. I knew that I wasn’t getting a Hyatt room at a Motel6, but the bug infested issue that they have is a definite health hazard.

no hot water. Was told to run for a long time before it would get hot so ran 30 mins which I had to wake up early to do. Still no hot water.
Crickets by the dozens in my room. I was woke up during the night as they would jump on me. There was 4 on the wall at the bed, 8 on top of the door jam, etc.

On the advertisement online for that hotel it says they have a pool and breakfast they had neither one of those the pools closed permanently and they do not offer breakfast whatsoever it was very noisy and a lot of bad activity in the area I would really like to have a discount on that room it was very upsetting to me when I expected a pool and breakfast and I did not get either that's the only reason why I booked that hotel is for the pool and they've had it closed permanently for a while but on their ad online it shows a pool

Always private and safe. I really enjoy my stay here. The beds are always clean and the tubs are always fully functional so that I can take a shower and so can my puppy. Thanks you guys!!!!

Had a few roaches. Did not have a microwave refrigerator or iron and iron board and that wasn’t communicated at check in or online
